Orders are dispatched from our UK office on the next business day. How long it takes to arrive to you will depend on your location. It usually takes 1-3 business days for orders to be delivered in the United Kingdom. Shipping outside of United Kingdom can take anywhere from 3-12 business days.

Please note! Duties and taxes are not included in the total displayed at checkout. These charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country. The amount is calculated based on the value of your order and the applicable duty-free threshold (if any) for imported goods.
The recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties and import taxes, which are collected upon delivery. Please note that Amber Buddy does not cover these costs.
If you choose not to pay the customs fee when your package arrives and decide to return the order to us, please be aware that the customs fee will be deducted from your refund, as it remains the customer’s responsibility.
RETURNS
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your Amber Buddy purchase, you’re welcome to return it for a refund or exchange within 60 days of your purchase date. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Please note that the package must arrive at our UK office within those 60 days for the return or exchange to be processed.
Before sending anything back, please make sure your item meets the following return requirements:
- All items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging, including any pouches, boxes, or accessories that came with them.
Return shipping costs
In most cases, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective on arrival, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process it. As soon as we’ve inspected the item and confirmed it’s in good condition, we’ll send you an email to confirm your refund or exchange.
